We hired this company to install 4 Ubiquiti UniFi-6 access points and two switches. The hardware works, but they never provided administrator credentials for the UniFi controller—only the Wi-Fi network password. When we later asked to add more access points, they said they don’t have the admin login and proposed billing us to reset and change the admin password.
