This place is amazing!!! I was visiting town and decided to take a few classes here- now Im going home wishing I could bring CYB studios with me. The teachers I had were friendly, energetic and engaging. I tried some classes Ive never done before and I felt safe and taken care of. In addition to the top notch instructors, the support staff in the studio really made me feel welcome and were very helpful. I have been going to CYB for about 2 years! I was very nervous being in a gym type community but there was absolutely nothing to be afraid of. CYB crew has seen a lot of my ups and downs but don’t know it lol. From struggling mentally, physically..emotionally. In these two years they have done such a good job keeping me motivated and I truly have a structured regimen because of them. This studio offers a variety of modalities all in one place. The staff are friendly, and I appreciate they take the time to learn their members names.
I have never really been one to work out but as I'm getting up in my forties I figured it was a good time to start. I absolutely love this place. Every instructor is incredible, the front desk staff is wonderful, the facilities are sparkling clean. I went from never exercising to exercising a few times a week. I go before work, they have nice shower facilities, I'm in and out in a little over an hour and ready to start the day.
