Very quick service, and prompt for answering calls & installation
Company is out of reach. Phone lines all disconnected, website doesn't work. Took my deposit and never returned. Stay away.
Arifur from Cyanergy was an amazing salesperson! Installation for both systems installed was quality workmanship, warranty for install and products is above Australian standard, quality of panels/inverter was excellent value. The after sales support and knowledge was second to none! EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I found Arifur to be thorough and diligent in providing the information and especially to get to the point of installation despite the many hurdles we encountered in the grant qualifying stage.
