We had a 270 litre Emerald hot water heat pump installed by Cyanergy on July 25th, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since day one. We are constantly struggling to get hot water, which is the primary purpose of a hot water system! The issues are severe and persistent: Insufficient Hot Water: Even after a single, standard shower, the 270-litre tank shows as empty.
