After receiving Kelli’s response, I revised my review accordingly. I was very satisfied with the staff’s kind explanation and the presentation of various options during the lease renewal consultation process. Had to edit my review when I walked by the front desk and heard the woman at the front desk and two maintenance employees loudly talking about a current resident not having a job and that’s why they were home all the time. Weird, uncomfortable, and rude to whomever the resident is. There are multiple disabled and older individuals in the building. Gossiping about a residents life at the front desk is pretty gross. Update: Now they're blaming the Post Office claiming that they never declined a package, when the Post Office themselves say that's exactly what staff did, refuse to accept any package forcing the Post Office to send all packages back through the mail system delaying them for 2-3 business days. Not great when you have ordered living things. Don't expect them to tell the truth about anything. If they didn't reject the package then why did it have to go to the post office?
