Had to edit my review when I walked by the front desk and heard the woman at the front desk and two maintenance employees loudly talking about a current resident not having a job and that’s why they were home all the time. Weird, uncomfortable, and rude to whomever the resident is. There are multiple disabled and older individuals in the building. Gossiping about a residents life at the front desk is pretty gross. Great complex. Front desk is helpful with anything you have questions about. Any emergency problems in the compl... read more
Update: Now they're blaming the Post Office claiming that they never declined a package, when the Post Office themselves say that's exactly what staff did, refuse to accept any package forcing the Post Office to send all packages back through the mail system delaying them for 2-3 business days. Not great when you have ordered living things. Don't expect them to tell the truth about anything. If they didn't reject the package then why did it have to go to the post office? Why is it not in the building? Completely unprofession... read more

Staff jokes about how the Collective's hot tub is never working, but the building's AC hasn't been working since April and now it's 96 degrees out and apartment temps are getting into the upper 80's.

The air conditioning was out for two months, working at just barely any capacity, causing a tripling of my electric bill for having to run it 24/7 just to keep it 75 degrees. Then, it went out completely on a Friday and management just said "someone will be out on Monday..." and it wasn't fixed for four days, during the big heat wav... read more
