I visited as a guest last night. I parked in the parking deck & I did my parking pass at 1:10am for 8 hours. My parking expired at 9:10am , my car was booted at 1:13am. I went ahead and paid to get the people out here. I asked the technician what time was my car booted. He shows me his tablet and the man proceeds to tell me that my car was booted at 1:13am and he’s tells he see where I paid. At this point , my car is wrongfully booted. The new property manager is horrible! And your staff isn’t any better. Can be please bring Ashley back!!!! When she was here it was nice relaxing and a place to call home. This new property manager belongs else where with high quality to tenants isn’t needed.

It is very hard to get a good nights sleep because of the large number of Airbnb’s this place allows. I’m currently going through this right now. This new little team of staff that has replaced the old one is clearly oblivious to this. The rent is too high for residents to be dealing with such nuisances. Security isn’t doing enough to prevent this either. And I don’t wanna hear any crap about not finding my name in the system. That is obviously hidden for privacy reasons.
