I am extremely proud to say that I have been a patient of Dr. Bruel at Cy-Pain & Spine since he first joined the practice! I have been seen at 3 different clinic locations & the customer service goes above and beyond! Dr Bruel is one of a kind...kind, patient, a great listener, and very relatable...Oh, and he's an awesome Dr. As well! He understands and does not take lightly his patient's sufferings. Why doesn’t anyone just answer the phone. I have never seen a place that does this. So many people come in and complain about this. I have found if u r not president and bycalling and leaving them multiple e messages u may not get a call back!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Despite Dr. Bruel being quite personable, the office staff is incompetent and chaotic. Lies are their specialty, including claiming that they sent insurance forms to the company and received a denial for a needed procedure. (Insurance company never received it!) Do NOT waste your time!
Everything was excellent.
I have had very good experiences with the kind people at Cy Pain & Spine. Dr. Vinh is very knowledgeable and he listens to what I say. The staff are efficient.
