Terrible customer service asked for a military discount via their email tried calling multiple times finally got a technician to say they would give me a discount after I placed order and requested said discount after placing order and receiving items still no response on a discount. Nothing came with directions hoses that came in. Some of the items delivered were too short to even properly install quality of items is nice. Just very upsetting that the customer support is nonexistent.
I purchased an entire swap kit for a 91 Cressida. My oil pan would not bolt on with enlarging bolt holes. The transmission cross member will not bolt on and is off by 1/4”. I was told to “just dremmel it out, it’s not that bad. The solution was to give me a small percentage back that I have yet to see. I had to write a disgruntled email to get them to call me. Why is shipping $1,166 for FedEx 2 days, FedEx ground is $561. Us customers shouldn't be paying for shipping. You guys are greedy. The turbo kit was $1500 now it's $2467 plus EXPENSIVE SHIPPING!!!. WTH BRUH! Im gonna just build my own turbo kit this company is ridiculously greedy for $$$$ what a ripoff.
The exhaust system for the 1st gen s10 doesn't even come close to fitting. Im a high school autos teacher, we got scammed by Cxracing with this exhaust system $1000 and suckered into 300$+ engine mounts on top as instructed by their tech guy to get this to fit. Passenger flange on exhaust came warped, the "new" motor mounts came used and scratched/gouged up from being previously installed (probably a return).
