Ridiculous difficult to get an appointment booked. Called numerous times and no answer or voicemail. Stopped by the location to see a sign that says walk-ins available but the door was locked. Also posted was to call your provider to gain entry to the location but no phone numbers are posted. Tried calling the main number again and no answer no voicemail.
