They never answer the phones
The host staff is so rude. They just have drinks and chill and don’t help.
Brilliant service at Prince Charles hospital when my daughter was very unwell last week. She was seen in triage within five minutes of arrival and well cared for. When she left triage the doctor was actually waiting in the main waiting room for her and took her straight through into a bed and started treating her. She was brilliantly looked after by Oliver the male nurse in the department and dr Tovey who couldn’t do enough for her and also were very kind to me.
