We had incredibly prompt response to failing A/C in season when it must be common. The problem was solved even requiring part replacement and our warranty was honored. The responding technician was courteous and pleasant. Today they came and went silently and did what needed to be done which . Many thanks.We must admit we don't understa.nd what that was about
