Outstanding service. The technician thoroughly explained everything to me, showed me the problems, and shared my options! Feel very good about CWJ!
Great experience
Tech was very helpful in explaining everything he did during the maintenance visit. Showed me pictures of what was done and what needed to be done. I did not pay any money as this visit was covered under my yearly maintenance plan.
Technician was competent, efficient & knowledgeable in servicing my system. He went above & beyond by putting date on internal filter that it was changed. He is a keeper. Please make him my regular service person.
