Constant missed pick ups.
Never know when they will come. Left several messages just trying to communicate but never reply back to me. If they would just email me
Why in the world does a local trash service need to use an overseas answering service? Nothing says F the customer like not answering local calls.
Switched to them a few years back. My experience at least, 9/10 dependable. If an issue occurs they will send a notice informing me which day they will be by. They are also courteous, my container is always to the side of my driveway. They also have a location in town which is convenient for if I forget to roll my trash out on trash day.
