I ordered a soil test for a new property. Paid $3800 for a report that I had to hunt down on the last day. Due to a contingent contract on a property. I finally got a verbal of report but had to wait on mailed copy prior to them receiving payment. Which was paid the day they gave me verbal. They mailed the report and I asked for an electronic copy which they said they would need to send me a new purchase order for payment for an electronic copy. What a joke... Working for this company has been a wonderful experience for the past two months. The management is patient caring and able communicate in constructive and respectful ways.
