Updated review on Cwags 2026 This was the 2nd year I hired them to hang our Christmas lights. This year I emailed them and texted the owner Josh to get on the schedule. After multiple unanswered emails and text Josh finally emailed me back. They barely got the lights up by Thanksgiving. The lights were installed when I was gone. Incredibly disappointed in this overpriced service. We hired Josh (the owner) and his team to hang up and take down our Christmas lights over the past few years. Last year, several lights had burned out. Josh had said his team would replace them at takedown, which they did not. Then this year, they said they fixed all of them when they put them back up, only for nine of them to burn out shortly after. Not good. They took our money up front and didn't finish the job. Been trying to get in touch for several weeks with no reply.
This has been a terrible experience. We paid Josh to install Christmas lights on our house. The total amount we paid was for installation, keeping the lights operating and removing them after New Years. The lights stopped working about 1 week BEFORE Christmas. Josh never replied to our text messages or emails. Now it is the 17th of January and he is still ignoring us to attempt to schedule a time to get the lights taken down.
