To be honest I am skeptical of services like this where they say they are going to clean out your AC vents. These guys did a great job. Eddie and Ulysses both spent almost 12 hours going through every single vent in the house vacuuming and sanitizing every vent all the way through. They tore down the blower unit and fully cleaned that as well. They also installed a UV based air purifier in the unit. I was very pleased with the work they did.
The 2 service gentlemen were very courteous. But they told to me we needed to buy a whole new unit because I had a 3 ton unit outside and a 5 ton unit inside. That was the problem. Then, they tried to get me to sign up for a $2900 duct cleaning and a membership while I still had not been told the true reason my AC was shutting off. We had another company come out.
