The dispatch team called us soon after to confirm our availability, because someone nearby became available more quickly than expected. Tre did an amazing job! He diagnosed the issue in record time and did it on a very systematic method. He is also very knowledgeable about all the HVAC aspects he worked on while with us. He also explained procedures and cost upfront in a way that was very easy to understand

Gurjit was amazing! He walked me through the process and the troubleshooting for our heat pump. He was very thorough and informed me of the great deals they had without pushing it like a used car salesman 😉. Although I just had heat pump issues, he thoroughly went through and checked my furnace, the connections and even the settings on the smart thermostat. We have used CW for both plumbing and HVAC and always been happy with work completed. CW is a company we trust when we need something done right. Their work is consistently high quality. Everyone who has come to our home has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently Gurjit came out for an HVAC tune up and Townsend for our annual plumbing inspection. We received excellent customer service from both. Would highly recommend for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Very satisfied with AC service/repair received from C&W. I was and had been having AC cooling issues. C&W diagnosed the issue and was very upfront with choices and the cost for each. Once I had chosen what I wanted done Eddie and his helper got the issue fixed. They were very thorough and didn't stop until everything was right which I really appreciated.
