Gurjit was awesome. Showed me everything he did and offered other services that would help me in future. Byron and Ulysses were super--over and above what i expected. They cleaned the vents showed pictures of their work and explained everything. Added the purifier and cleaned up better than i would have. Great guys. CW Service was very well represented.

The 2 service gentlemen were very courteous. But they told to me we needed to buy a whole new unit because I had a 3 ton unit outside and a 5 ton unit inside. That was the problem. Then, they tried to get me to sign up for a $2900 duct cleaning and a membership while I still had not been told the true reason my AC was shutting off. We had another company come out. I called CW Service Pros when one of my units went out. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to send a technician without hassle. Tre, the technician, was efficient, effective, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly identified the issue and had everything running smoothly in no time. I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of service, and I’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs.

To be honest I am skeptical of services like this where they say they are going to clean out your AC vents. These guys did a great job. Eddie and Ulysses both spent almost 12 hours going through every single vent in the house vacuuming and sanitizing every vent all the way through. They tore down the blower unit and fully cleaned that as well. They also installed a UV based air purifier in the unit. I was very pleased with the work they did.

My AC was not cooling. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from my technician, Byron Rivera. He was quite skilled in slipping on and off shoe covers to protect the floors—especially in comparison to my second-opinion technician at a different company. Subconsciously fearing the 'string along' approach, I asked Byron, "I suppose you will quote me what you think is wrong?"
