My thermostat needed to be replaced. I stopped in the Celina office where Janine was 100% helpful and patient with me and my situation making many calls and sharing several images with multiple service people to answer my questions. Waited from 1/28/24 when they came to diagnose crack in pipe problem in summer kitchen bathroom. Said no problem easy quick fix. Was here for .25 hour paid over $220 .. Still on 2/22/24 could not come to fix. Multiple phone calls. Got nowhere.(but today did say they could be here in few more weeks) was told total will be just under $400.water softener has been out clothes all rusty ,toilets and showers. From being without water softener for a month .Hiring a different plumber to come fix. Refuse to give any refunds say that ... read more

Only people I'd call evem with the messed up mess qe had they were on it and made sure we were taken care of and had water. Definitely dependable service and people and wouldn't go anywhere else.
