I don't know where to begin, Chuck is by the far the most professional and efficient person I've come across. After having to chase around 3 engineers to complete and make changes to my plans as required by the Health Dept for MONTHS AND MONTHS. I was BLESSED by running across Chuck, and I kid you not, that WITHIN 48 hours I had the plans I had waited MONTHS for. We were struggling with our unprofessional and novice contractor to get the health dept premits and the drawing were getting rejected for 3-4 months. Mr chuck/Ms Soon came to rescue us from the lost battle with OC health dept. they not only delivered accurate drawing in about 24 hours way before committed timelines but suggested good improvisations that were missing and could have further delayed approval process. I wish can give 10stars to the firm and highly recommend to anyone.
