The professionals I worked with were fantastic. But, the whole experience was ruined by the billing department and management. It's been well over a year since I've been under their care and just got a charge on my credit card for a full session. I reached out via email and never heard back. I called in a week later and spoke with a very nice woman who told me she'd review and get back to me. I then waited another week and never heard back- so I called in again. This started out as a great practice. They actually work with my insurance and the people there are nice. I made a lot of progress in a few weeks and realized that i needed to work with a couples therapist. I reached out to this company to look for a couples therapist, and again, the people there helped a lot. However, after talking with at least three people about changing to couples therapy instead of individual, nobody ever told me that I needed to be in individual therapy in order to qualify for couples therapy. This practice is wonderful! They are very responsive to anything I outreach about and take the time to explain to me anything I don't understand bc insurance plans can be confusing. Any therapists I have seen has been great!

Hello… ground control to major tom, is there anybody in there? Any reasonable human being would acknowledge their mistake and make some effort to make things right. Not here. My child saw a therapist for a few months, the billing was working, the automatic copay was working. Then my insurance changed from my wife to me, but it was still the same insurance, different county. At the same time, according to an office manager, they changed billing services. I saw a counselor who was getting her doctorate. She was nice but spent the session reading DBT material versus discussing these strategies and if they are or are not working. The owner, Christina, is absolutely rude. She had to sit in on an appt as my therapist was getting her doctorate and moving on, so I had to be transferred to another therapist.
