Worst people to rent from, The roaches are so bad, The office people are rude and will not do anything to help with any situation you have. The floor in my bathroom is getting really soft and they aren't doing anything about it I've been putting in maintenance request for them but they don't want to fix it cause it's going to cost them money to do so. If I could I would leave zero stars, management is horrible, they violate privacy and nothing gets fixed when reported, washer and dryer never work. They come and go as they please into your apartment to “take photos”. They show up unannounced, it does not matter to them if you are sleeping they will come in. My door was locked and I was sleeping and they came into the room and I never got a notice to let me know they were coming to do so which is unacceptable. These apartments are absolute trash and barely a step up from living in a hotel room. The washer and dryer didn’t work, the stove is broken and a burner won’t work, they took well over two months to finally get us moved in even after we had paid for everything and gotten it all settled cuz they “had to finish cleaning” but when we finally got in here the stove was COVERED in paint, the mop water was legitimately BLACK, the top of the fridge had at least an inch of dust on it and there isn’t even a closet in these apartments.... read more
