Avoid Avoid Avoid. Super tight parking lot that feels like a joke. Crumbly badly built cheap structure. Bad heat and sound insulation.
Very bad management. Knowing that I was a good tenant who paid rent in full on time every month, they tried to raise my rent after a year, while at the same time offering deals to new tenants. Then when I moved out, I cleaned the place spotlessly - wiping out all the cupboards and fridge. They charged me a $200 cleaning fee plus another $90 dollar cleaning fee plus $50 for maintenance. These apartments are very very classy they are well-made beautiful inside the exterior is super pleasing aesthetically there is parking underneath that is secure the entrance is a secure locked gate. They are very quiet yet close enough to all the festivities downtown. Highly recommend if someone's looking for apartment downtown.
I really enjoy the location downtown and affordability of these apartments. I did quite a bit of looking before I found a place that checked my boxes downtown. They have workforce housing options, and even in the workforce housing they have more up to date appliances than anything in this price range I've seen before and a spacious bedroom with tons of closet space and huge flor to ceiling windows in the living area. I was badly terrorized by the shady shut in tenants that were my neighbors at C.W Moore. Avoid these seedy Shawshank apartments, there's evil that dwells there. Not to mention, they're poorly built, it floods when it rains, it's not a secure building, it's covered in rust and often smells like cigarette smoke. You can make ghetto fabulous in the heart of downtown- but not here. Steer clear and Beware.
