Staff were great about switching my ever changing reservation numbers but I was disappointed with SUPs that were not inflated enough, peeling padding on boards, 1 paddle that could not adjust, 1 paddle missing the top and not enough paddles for each board
We’ve rented from this place several times and overall it’s a good experience. They usually have pontoons available and booking is easy, which we really appreciate. However, I’m leaving a three-star review because there are a couple of ongoing issues. First, the bathrooms are always dirty. It’s been the same every visit and definitely needs attention. We had a very disappointing experience with C.W. Marine today. Our group of four had booked jet skis several days in advance to avoid any availability issues. Unfortunately, when we arrived, things were disorganized from the start. First, we had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in. Then, after making our way to the docks, we were told that no jet skis were currently available and we would need to wait another 30–40 minutes.
