We had a problematic transaction because of a pipe that burst shortly before the closing, flooding the condo we were purchasing, and postponing the closing and moving by 6 fraught weeks. Christopher and team did a superb job of staying in touch with the listing agent and keeping us abreast of progress. Ultimately, it was a smooth closing and we know that is due to all of the work the Christopher and his team did to make this transaction come together!
Christopher and his team went above and beyond for me. My search took about 2 years, during the pandemic, and Christopher was patient and thoughtful.
