c w Farrell did NOT fix my tv and still charged me way to much money and took over 2 months. Also I believe that he misrepresented the issue with this tv, I do not think he is a very honest person. I would never recommend him. I just got my tv back from A-1 repair shop and it works great, less that a week time. The problem was the main board as I told C W Farrell when he arrived at my home. Great Service, Very Knowledgeable & Reasonable Rates – My Sony Wega KV-36XBR Television would not turn on. I called CW Farrell and explained the flashing pattern of the standby mode lights. He immediately told me what the issue was, how much the house call and the repair cost would be. He was even able to come out within 3 hours of my call. Professional and Personable at the right price. – CW Farrell was very prompt to respond to my call for help on a burntout LCD TV. He came over and diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what the cost would be for the part and his labor. When the part arrived from out of town. He came over on the same day and installed it. CW is very professional, but has a good sense of humor. I would definitely have him service my electronics again.

Don't go there. Not honest. I asked him to come to repair my TV. He came, checked and told me, it's a fuse. I do not have it with me, now, but I let you this one instead. I will order it and I will come back with the 12 AMp fuse you need. A week later, I phoned him. He told me, The fuse I gave you is the good one. I checked on internet and this brand is ok. It is says it is 6.3 but in fact it is like a 12 Amp. Few days later, my 6.3 fuse, crached. I phoned him again and I told him. Did you received the fuse you ordered? He s... read more
