I am a Realtor and I called to get a quote to service 2 units and when the next available appt. might be for a corporate relocation client. There is no homeowner involved. The client is the relocation company. Thomas who answered the phone told me the homeowner has to call in! There is no homeowner. The corporate client is in charge of paying for this servicing repair! Please tell me this is not how you are doing business now.

In midst of summer heat, AC wasn't blowing cool air. Called CW Air Conditioning, they were able to come the same day, but we scheduled 2 days later. Chris informed me that refrigerant was low, may have a leak. Sure enough, a few weeks later, AC wasn't cooling. Chris explained that he could fix the leak, but since the unit is 10 yrs old, I decided not to spend the money to repair it, and had a new unit installed, now I have a ten year warranty.
