I am really frustrated with CVS Specialty. They are not sending out the prescription because of an issue with a past due amount that was resolved last week now my child is 2 months over due for her medicine. We have a prescription copay plan with a pharmaceutical company and billing has been so uncooperative. Now again I have to contact the billing department to get her medication. I could do this job better!! I am a pharmacy technician at CVS pharmacy not specialty. I want to jump thru the phone and say this is how you do it. Omg. Every time I call them it’s always a problem. Lord help you all.
CVS Specialty is the worst company I have ever dealth with. The worst. They bill the wrong insurance ever single month for over a year now and every month I have to fix it for them. If you can avoid dealing with them, do it.
The Guy in the pharmacy (not the pharmacist) perhaps of Indian Origin or Middle Eastern. Who knows. What I do know is that he needs to go to school for Customer Seevice before he went to school as a pharmacy tech. Hes the rudest peeson at that store.
