Worst ever. They double charge me EVERY time. They also give me an overnight ship date. I call the next day to confirm, but they have not shipped and I have to start over again. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH.
Insanely difficult process reordering an immunoglobulin therapy drug. The manufacturer's copay assistance program is apparently a total mystery. It's hit and miss. The process is long, stressful and frustrating. It can take hours, or days to unravel the convoluted mess this company creates. That , many times equates to a delay in treatment, which could have detrimental consequences.
