I was searching everywhere for a specific item and went to five different stores before I decided to try CVS. I honestly never expected them to have it! I called ahead, and Debbie and the gentleman working with her were incredibly helpful. They took the time to check if the item was in stock, and sure enough, they had it. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They have made three separate mistakes with our prescriptions and refuse to take any responsibility for their actions.
