Absolutely disgraceful pharmacy service. It is practically impossible to speak to a real person. The automated phone system is a complete nightmare—confusing, unhelpful, and it doesn’t provide clear assistance in either English or Spanish. Because of this awful service, I went two days without my medication, which is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy.
