Terrible quality control - I got 2 orders of medication from them and both times they were missing a key item. I had to order last minute from a different pharmacy not covered by insurance. I was on call for 1 hour 20 minutes with CVS specialty support team to resolve the issue. They're also not open on weekends or after hours so you can't reach someone for anything urgent then.
I was hoping that the pharmacy recommended by my physician would be easy. Unfortunately, CVS Specialty is more difficult than my usual Costco Pharmacy. I've been told that my medication is "on the way" when it isn't. I've been told it's been shipped when it hasn't. I've been told it's definitely going to arrive on X date and it doesn't - one time it was four days later, I was almost out of medication, and the person I spoke to when I called for the fourth time said "I don't know what's wrong"...
