Is there a zero star I can rate . Had the most frustrating experience with this pharmacy. Constant delays of very important medications. I am checking how I can switch out of this option. OMG.
It's interesting, I had not thought of leaving a review, but CVS Pharmacy customer service agents recommended a leave a review after a scathing letter about the consistent horrid experience I have had. I suspect this is just another of their auto answers, where they don't even consider the content of the query or complaint, but just say, "Please give us 5 stars."
