Called to fill a prescription. No call wait time and I was helped immediately. The pharmacist I spoke with was helpful and friendly!
Always super friendly and overly helpful staff!
1 month trying to get a script filled. Over an hour on the phone. Updated insurance information given to them and then they call me back asking if I’ve updated my insurance is updated. They never saved it. I then got a call from someone saying that she’s my assigned rep and that she will call me back at a certain time the next day. Never called me back. I have absolutely no idea how this place is being run, but it needs some major changes.
THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME REPEATEDLY ASKING IF I WILL FILL MY RX WITH THEM AND THEY WILL NOT STOP. ONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH!! I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP AND THEY STILL DID NOT STOP!! IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD! IT IS SO ANNOYING!!! STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!
