So bummed my insurance will not let me go here anymore. This is the best pharmacy and dedicated to making sure the customer is always taken care of. They call you for refills. Best place!!!
This company is horrible. They have given my husband the run-around for over a month as he is trying to fill a prescription he has filled there multiple times. They tell him it's in stock and that it's being shipped, then he waits for it an it never arrives. He calls them back and they say, "oh, it was never in stock in the first place." This has happened multiple times. When he calls to figure out whats going on, no one has made any notes in his account and none of the employees are talking to each other. I accidentally had my prescription sent here thinking it was a regular CVS pharmacy. Instead of inputting it into the general CVS system, they just threw it away. This was after they left a voicemail saying that I could call back with any questions, when I did they were very rude and said "I told you in the voicemail to call your doctor not sure why you're calling here". I'm sure they are great when it's a specialty need, but were unnecessarily rude when I just had a 30-second question. I know we're all going through a lot b... read more
