I accidentally had my prescription sent here thinking it was a regular CVS pharmacy. Instead of inputting it into the general CVS system, they just threw it away. This was after they left a voicemail saying that I could call back with any questions, when I did they were very rude and said "I told you in the voicemail to call your doctor not sure why you're calling here". Bad experience rude people don't get how they stay in business
They are horrible. Billing people are a smartass and you can't get anywhere with the reason why you are calling. It's never them always someone else. My medication gets dropped off at the end of my driveway not my front door and it's not cheap. But they can't do anything about it.
