The worst. If you have a chance pick any other pharmacy. Your medication will not arrive on time-guaranteed. 100% lack of competence.
They keep cancelling my order claiming I dont have a payment on file when I do. I have given it to them both over the phone and on their website. They have called me, and when I answered the lady asked why I was calling. I was answering your call, you tell me. They have horrible communication, I have been asked the same billing question God knows how many times. If you call them, plan on wasting a good 45 minutes to an hour because youre going to be put on hold every minute for no reason. Im glad this isnt a life or death me... read more
I would avoid working with this company at all costs. It is a constant struggle to get medication, the communication is so incredibly poor that you typically have no idea what’s going on until you reach out to them when an issue arises. I know there are some people who work here who do care about the people who come to them for help, but as a whole, this company is just looking to make a dollar on those who are looking to get help.
