I am not happy with my experience today, specifically with Cayenne. I came in and spoke with the manager to ask whether I could receive cash back, and the manager told me that Cayenne would assist me. When I approached the register, we made eye contact, but she avoided helping me and instead assisted the customer in front of me without acknowledging me.
