How are the hours not updated online… I specifically chose this location because it said it’s open until 7pm… I need critically need my medication for pain management…. Extremely unprofessional to not have updated the hours…
Unfortunately, this CVS pharmacy has been a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and condescending, and the prices were noticeably higher than nearby competitors. You can’t even speak to someone directly—calls go to voicemail or text, which is extremely inconvenient when you need timely help or have a simple question. This pharmacy doesn't have a smooth system to serve its customers. They have to switch back and forth between data bases to see your prescriptions and since they don't see all of them at once you have to keep coming back to pick them up at separate times. I'd still rather come here than have to go to Walmart but that's not saying much.
This is a great pharmacy. Everyone is super friendly. I’ve never had a problem with anything there.
