I Love the CVS on Latrobe Road in El Dorado Hills. Calif. The pharmacy techs. and pharmacist there are outstanding. Always a joy to see them. One tech in particular, his name is Seth always has a wonderful attitude and a sweet smile. CVS is very lucky to have him!
While it did not affect me, literally watched the staff shut the doors 5 mins before closing on other customers. Update: pharmacy manager has claiming “they never close before 6pm” in writing. Such poor integrity for someone responsible for people’s medication. Obviously this now needs to be escalated to The California Board of Pharmacy. El Dorado Hills deserves better.
Customer service is normally subpar and downright awful at times. Thank goodness for Jackie Kennedy and the amazing young man potentially named Ethan at the Latrobe location!
Excellent customer service every time I go in to this store/pharmacy! Every team member has been caring and helpful.
