Great customer service every time I go there
My most recent experience at this CVS pharmacy (5/19/26) was completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. A prescription was submitted to this location for a medical device that was apparently recalled. While the pharmacy did send the issue back to my doctor electronically, they made absolutely no attempt to contact me—the patient—to inform me of what was going on. My prescription was placed around 9:00 AM, and I arrived at 6:00 PM expecting to pick it up, only to then be told it had been recalled. That is nine hours ... read more
