Today I was helped with multiple critical prescriptions for LGBTQ+ healthcare by: Audrey, Afshah, Maria, and Jeff. They were balancing 100’s of order fulfillments, multiple screens, tons of customers in pharmacy section - and still managed to get all my Cigna health plan discounts, coordinate with my PCP, and answer my questions. The Pharmacy team has a 14/10 for their customer service and professionalism from me today. Thank you all!!!!!!
Always wonderful! All the staff The pharmacist is a great guy, the kinda person you’d want as a friend. It makes a difference when you see him and understand why everyone back in the pharmacy is so friendly. I appreciate him and the team greatly.
I have visited the CVS Pharmacy on Van Ness several times, and on multiple occasions I have observed interactions that felt unprofessional and discourteous toward customers. The female staff members are not native English speakers, which is completely understandable and not an issue in itself. They gave me wrong meds, which could have worse my situation. A lil bit miscommunication . Just be careful
Don’t answer calls from doctors anymore. I have been trying to address an issue with one of my patient’s medication for a week now after they dispensed the wrong medication dose and nothing. Be careful using them because this is a really unsafe practice.
