The pharmacy team has always been very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. They are efficient, but also attentive, taking time to address my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed, and show genuine care and empathy.
I visited Portland Maine this past weekend and discovered that I forgot to pack my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. I was contemplating just skipping the doses for the next three or four days because I believed, erroneously, that there would be a mound of red tape and confusing voice mail communications.
