Sign in was okay. Instead of just letting me tick off the background questions, the gal slowly started reading the questions. I finally asked if I could just read them myself. She complied. After that vaccine was administered quickly. No instructions were given before or afterwards and I had to ask for a copy of my vaccination paperwork.
The customer service is a hit or miss or 60-70 percent good. Staff must be either stressed or overwhelmed, requiring some institutional assistance or changes toward customer service oriented. Best of luck
