It is not necessary for someone to greet me when I walk into the store. They are working the regester and working the shelves. They do say hi when passing by, good enough.

Renee, Kosti, Mo, and all the rest of the staff at this CVS should absolutely be the model for the rest of the country. If there is *any* problem, they take personal charge of it immediately, and chase it to a resolution for you. They are always cheerful, available, open, and caring about my health and my needs. If we really want to improve healthcare in this country, we need to start by making at least 15,000 clones of this staff to man the various Rx counters. Things would improve sharply, for everyone, overnight.
