I have only used the drive-through so far but they are always quick and efficient. If the medicines are not quite ready it is located between two shopping centers so you can grab something to eat or drink and or do grocery, shoes or office supplies shopping. One time they weren’t there and I thought they were closed early for the holiday weekend but an employee who was taking out the trash kindly told me they were on lunch break so I just did some shopping and came back. Zero customer service and terrible online prescription process. Wish CVS didnt have such a monopoly on physical stores in our area.
Pharmacist is rude and untimely. I scheduled a vaccination appointment and she proceeded to help 3 other customers before coming to do the shot. As someone who works in urgent care and administers shots, I know that when you give a shot you have to verify the patient name and DOB. Also you're supposed to verify the shot and ask if there are any questions or concerns. She did none of this. I am have been coming to this Pharmacy for the past 5 years. Their new technicians have terrible attitude and are lazy to the point they dont contact the doctors nor insurance providers to sort out the issues. I have been on a wild goose chase just to get the medicine refilled for the past 4 weeks. I have never been this frustrated with this pharmacy. The technicians hung up the phone on my face and didn't even call back to update me about my medications. Need to hire competent people.
