Horrible experience at pharmacy. Got home and the antibiotic for my daughter hadn’t been made into liquid suspension (was powder in a bottle). I also had to pay twice as much because they insisted that the bottle only came with a 20 day dose but my daughter only needed 10 days of the medicine.
Visited for vaccinations on Sep 24, 2025 around lunch time. The vaccinator did not perform hand hygiene before the first two injections. After I reminded them and they donned gloves, they touched the door handle and returned to administer another shot without changing gloves or re-sanitizing. Injection sites were swabbed and single-use needles were used. I spoke up and was told they would “pay attention next time.” Posting so management can retrain staff on hand hygiene and aseptic technique during immunizations.
If my insurance would cover my perscriptions at another pharmacy, I would never use CVS again. Unfortunately I am forced to use them.
