Making me wait in line for 10 min with arms full of items - less than 10 items. I get up to the register and begin putting things down to get my card out and the pharmacist says “you have to go to the front with those…” well, obviously I still need to put them down don’t I? So she rings up my order incorrectly, I pick up my stuff, then she tells me the total .. after not actually putting it in the first time so I put everything down, and then do it again… and then I didn’t buy anything from that store. The pharmacy staff at this location appear overwhelmed and, unfortunately, are not helpful when assistance is needed. While I understand they may be busy, the customer experience is consistently unwelcoming and my concerns are not addressed in store. I’ve had to contact corporate multiple times to resolve issues that should have been handled on site. This level of service is disappointing and unacceptable.

If you need a vaccination, this CVS at Target is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had an appointment and there was no waiting. And I received a shopping coupon for Target purchases.
