This is my favorite CVS. My experience couldn't have been better. The pharmacist spoke directly with me, actioned my request, and called me personally to let me know my prescription was ready for pick up. I haven't seen customer service like this from a traditional pharmacy in a long time! Thank you CVS!
Poor service. The pharmacy confirmed that my prescription would be ready, but it was not available at the promised time. There was no proactive communication or explanation for the delay, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
Super friendly, Small town service in big city
What a fun CVS! In Crystal City, this location is on a street with many restaurants, cafes, and the Alamo Drafthouse. The store itself is spacious and sells groceries, toys, and more. The pharmacy is in the back with a little waiting area with seats.
