CVS has become soulless. Automated call center, can’t talk to a pharmacist right the way and waiting for call back. The cashier was rude and careless. I think I am going to take my business to Costco

I love the staff at this CVS - 206 Glen Cove Ave. They are always friendly and get me what I need. Marcella was particularly helpful recently, going the extra mile to find what I needed and ring me up with ease. Fantastic crew. I am probably in the store at least 1-2x a week and feel welcomed and happy with the service and selection. Keep up the great work!
