I hate to give the store one star because of one person. However, one person can mess up an entire environment that is supposed to be professional. The front cashiers are great. The pharmacy staff are great. The only problem is a pharmacist named Sofia. She is rude and condescending to certain customers, and she is rude and condescending to the staff. Prescription pickup was done in a timely manner and professional.
Great customer service..front to back. 5 stars. I dont understand why the entire pharmacy goes to lunch. Some of us use our lunch time to pick up prescriptions..is scheduling an issue here?
