I will be changing where I pick up prescriptions from the Mayfield Ranch store, as the pharmacists, or should I say “robots” behind the counter, have minimal skills in reacting to changing customer flow, and possess minimal interaction skills. They all need to be re-programmed.
CVS has to be one of the most stable, predictable and most complete shopping venues in the planet. BTW, if you refuse or throw away your mile long receipt, you are likely throwing away several dollars you could apply to any product in the store or specific category products you may need.
Not sure why it takes 21 minutes for two cars to go through the drive-thru here at CVS
