The pharmacy has implemented new touchscreens for picking up my prescriptions which seems to expedite the service as there are 3 available screens to use. One of the team members will direct you to an open screen and I just scanned my barcode for my prescription to be picked up. They immediately know what is being picked up and look for it and within 5 minutes I had my prescription and was out the door. So far the system is working better especially for the number of customers who need to pick up their medications.
They need to get rid of the Cell Phone Line!! It is not fair for people to go ahead of me when I have been patiently waiting in line!! Today-about 5 people cut in front of me via the Cell Phone line!!! Not right at all!!
