Called with a simple question about medication availability. Spent lots of time, being harassed by stupid AI "assistant," only to wait some more, for it to bluntly state "can't connect you to the pharmacy. Good-bye" and hang up... I see that all the services around are implementing these AI care-delayers/stonewallers, for years now, but some, like this one is even more ridiculous than others. I am so sorry that this CVS will be closing. Love the staff, especially Lucas and hope hs shows up at the CVS across the street. Best of luck to the staff.
