In spite of verb saying a prescription was being worked on all day it was not ready at the end of the day and when I asked for them to fill it, there is no effort made to accommodate my needs. Very dissatisfied with the experience today. Usually they do a good job but today they totally missed the mark.
Always great service and no issues
I just can’t with this place anymore. I stuck with it for years only because it’s close, but holy hell this place is a nightmare. The automated phone system feels like it was engineered to cause a mental health breakdown. It literally doesn’t work. I wasted half an hour just trying to reach a human. The best it can manage is offering to take a voicemail and promise a call back “within the hour.” Fine, whatever.
