The CVS store at M59 & Old 23 is awful. They do not have enough employees to handle customers. They have the worst lousy phone system. They know it and cannot do anything about it because its "corporate" mandated. Well they should tell the corporate office to fix it. Just have someone, a person, not a computer answer the phone.
Pulled up to the drive through at 5pm on the dot and the staff shut the window in my face. Walked around to go inside to ask to pick up my prescription where I was greeted with “What?” and when I explained that they shut the pick up window on me, they proceeded to literally yell “WE CLOSE AT 5!” repeatedly at me.
The rudest people work at this pharmacy.

The pharmacist is extremely helpful and courteous. She always takes time to answer my questions.
