The only folks that have given this pharmacy 5 stars are those that work here. They couldn’t be more rude and bothered by your pharmacy requests. They are sure to make things inconvenient for you regardless if you are a happy customer. If you have children, not your pharmacy. The cvs in target is AMAZING so switch over and grab yourself a Starbucks while you’re at it.

The CVS store at M59 & Old 23 is awful. They do not have enough employees to handle customers. They have the worst lousy phone system. They know it and cannot do anything about it because its "corporate" mandated. Well they should tell the corporate office to fix it. Just have someone, a person, not a computer answer the phone.

Pulled up to the drive through at 5pm on the dot and the staff shut the window in my face. Walked around to go inside to ask to pick up my prescription where I was greeted with “What?” and when I explained that they shut the pick up window on me, they proceeded to literally yell “WE CLOSE AT 5!” repeatedly at me.
