We have always bought all our medications here. For the first time, our doctor prescribed an over-the-counter cream for my baby—one I could have easily picked up off the shelf. When I wanted to ask just one question, I was told they were closed. I simply wanted to ask which of the options was suitable for my baby, but I received no help.
