You need to fix your phone options..press 1 for pharmacy is whats needed...takes forever to get anyone to answer..no wonder ppl are switching to walgreens...
Avoid this pharmacy location! Rude, unprofessional and most importantly, UNHELPFUL staff. I'm not sure how you can work in not only a health care but PEOPLE FACING profession and be so bad at providing decent customer service. The wait time today was ridiculous despite there being NO LINE at the drive thru and no one inside at the window. The staff was too busy playing around giggling and joking with one another visibly from the pick up window to even address me on arrival.
